Job Purpose:

• Assist and support Customer Service team to deliver excellent service to our VIP prospect and customer in Service Centre
• Answering various types of enquiries via hotline or walk-in customers on policy information, policy change and claims submission
• To provide customer verification service and cashier services following Company guidelines
• Provide support to Customer Service Centre and VIP Centre in different location

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data capture for new applications and capture payment related information to system
• Screen signed application & document and perform customer verification process when necessary
• Handle and resolve customers enquiries and request via phone or face-to-face in professional manner with tactful customer service skills
• To support receptionist, cashier and counter services
• Perform ad-hoc task as required

Job Requirements:

• F.7 or above and passed in IIQE 1,3,5 with at least 2 year’ relevant working experience
• Fluent in Putonghua is a must
• Careful mindset, patient, pleasant, good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing
• Experience in working in customer services of life insurance company is preferred
• Knowledge in underwriting requirement would be an advantage
• Able to work on weekend
