Job Purpose:

• To build and implement the new agency model in agency channel
• To drive agency recruitment and manage the team to achieve business target
• To coach the agents for activity management
• To develop the agency leaders

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead the new agency team to achieve sales and recruitment target
• To build and develop a supporting platform for agency management
• To plan and execute agency business development plan, recruitment and retention policy
• To drive and monitor business results by conducting meetings, activities, events and coaching if needed
• To review and improve effectiveness of business and recruitment plan regularly 
• To provide sales drilling, sales clinic and sales builder workshop for agency development
• To provide joint-sales call service, to support deals closing, to review agency’s skills and performance, thus provide relative coaching
• To lead and organize different recruitment activities and seminars, and provide interviews to the candidates

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification
• 6 year(s) of sales and management experience in insurance agency field is a Must
• Qualified in IIQE paper 1, 2, 3 & 5 and MPF paper, and licensed with IA and MPFA
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with Mandarin is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, word processing
