Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality and professional hotline service to customers from all channels;
- Optimize customer service systems and processes;
- Analyze the data, write reports, and provide solutions;
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer problems;
- No shift duties required;
- Handle any ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- F7 above, or other recognized insurance qualification;
- 3-5 year relevant experience;
- Familiar with general insurance, the workflow and procedures of call center operation;
- Experience in customer service system process optimization;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
- Immediate available is much preferred.
Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Customer Service Officer
