• Assist in coordinating and documenting of initiatives from UI operation.
• Carry out reporting and analysis to monitor the end-to-end underwriting operation flow.
• Assist in system design thinking of underwriting part of PIC project, and ensure quality of project delivery for operation efficiency.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of operations analysis reports for management and in ad-hoc underwriting projects
• Coordinate with various departments, prepare documentation for approval for initiatives from UI operation
• Provide system requirement of PIC projects objective to ensure the operation efficiency with new product launch.
• Review UAT plan, results, and provide training to users for new product launch.
• Support the daily operation when required

Job requirements:

• University Degree in Business, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Professional qualification in life insurance – FLMI.
• 5 year’s quality assurance and project related experience in insurance / banking and finance operation sector.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Underwriting experience and authority will give advantage.
• Highly proficiency in English and Chinese.
