Reporting the Deputy General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the operation of the department. He/she will also be a leading role for the following sales and marketing duties. 

• Communicate closely with Key Account buyers for coordinating the trade marketing promotions and events
• Coordinate with Principal for A&P budget
• Lead the team to achieve the preset sales target
• Involve new business development projects
• Communicate with suppliers for product sourcing and new product development 
• Explore new sales channels for business grow

The ideal candidate should be: 

• University graduate or above in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent;
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience for trade marketing in FMCG industry;
• Proactive, creative and innovative with strong dedication to result;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Familiar with MS Application;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
