Job Description
The Job
- Client: A large Listed High-Fashion Manufacturer
- Position: HR Officer - Recruitment
- Responsibilities: Working under the recruitment team and assist the HR Manager in handling the recruitment & selection process including job advertisement; candidate sourcing from different channels; conduct interviews for junior to mid level positions; preparation of employment contracts, and other ad hoc HR duties.
- 5 Day work.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- 3 - 6 years experience in human resources preferrably gained with sizable companies or MNC
- Hands-on experience in the complete recruitment & selection process.
- Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in computer application
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Putonghua is plus)
