Job Description

Assist the HR team in:

  • Providing an all-round HR function to support internal departments
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Leave management & benefits administration
  • Recruitment processes, including job advertising, recruitment activities, CV screening, coordinating interviews, administration and filing of job applications
  • Maintaining personnel records and assisting in office administration duties
  • Organising company activities, eg research and quotation analysis
  • Managing work permits, visas and registration applications and renewal
  • Developing and implementing the learning and development programme
  • Analysing and creating reports on annual, probation and other periodical reviews
  • Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned

You should have:

  • Diploma/Degree qualification, ideally in HR discipline
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality a must

Experience in HR or administration preferred, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
