- Provide administrative and clerical support to Responsible Sourcing Team
- Manage suppliers in the database system. Regularly prepare report on suppliers’ performances including audit and inspection activities.
- Manage internal and external audit requests, audit scheduling and reporting
- Plan and coordinate with Certificate Bodies to deliver effective CB management, including quarterly business review, Service level agreement, CB performance report, etc.
- Coordinate invoicing matters
- Support line manager on day to day operational issues such as inform stakeholder audit results
- Manage internal system database and prepare reports
- Audit report review and assessment
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- SA8000 Auditor Certification is a plus
- Possess knowledge of international labour standards and human right issues are preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Detail-minded, independent, willing to learn and self disciplined work attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to trend and analyse data with attention to details & accuracy
