Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare all kinds of writing and editing projects, including but not limited to press materials, speeches, columns, opinions, presentations for senior executives
• Conduct research and report writing on public affairs
• Support and assist senior executives in strengthening close liaison with stakeholders in local and Chinese community
• Assist in monitoring of public affairs developments
• Participate in and support Group's public affairs and community services and related activities
• Handle daily administration duties
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• University degree or above in Communications / Journalism or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience as a professional journalist
• Strong relationship and connection with news media, local legislators, etc.
• In depth knowledge of local and Chinese political landscape
• Understanding of local and PRC economy with general knowledge in real estate and other sectors
• Strong analytical and writing skills in Chinese and English; good command of Putonghua
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and with good interpersonal and communication skills
