Job Responsibilities

• Expanding the business model and driving revenue 
• Manage the roll out of brands and products
• Monitoring brand performance and conducting analysis and reports
• Focus on digital marketing 
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team as well as other business functions
• To build and lead a team of marketing executives and coordinators 
• Ensuring all marketing materials are appropriate to the local market as seen fit 
• Managing promotional materials 
• Managing the marketing strategy 
• Defining insights that will lead to competitive advantage 
• Managing marketing events, trade shows etc

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business with focus on Marketing 
• 7+ years in Marketing related roles within Medical supplies or FMCG industries.
• The Marketing Manager will have experience with regional & global products 
• Relevant experience with managing subordinates 
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Knowledge and experience in Photoshop or graphics design software will be an asset
• Creative ability to think outside the box 
• Visionary, able to make changes to the international approach in order to ensure promotional materials are relevant to the local market 
• Leadership skills 
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
