Our client is a well-established and prestigious property developer in Hong Kong.  They're looking for a leasing and analytics talent to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior management in strategic business planning, project management, research & analysis on business performance
• Support senior management in preparing business proposals and management reporting presentation
• Handle marketing and leasing matters of the designated portfolio(s) in HK/PRC
• Conduct market research and analyzing the financial and operational performance of the designated portfolio(s)
• Liaise with international brands, tenants and local estate agents for leasing related issues
• Assist senior management in handling ad hoc projects and assignment

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Communication / Journalism or other related disciplines
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in property leasing / business performance  analysing / senior management supporting
• Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong executive writing skills especially in English
• Positive work attitude with ability to work under stress
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
