Our client is a Chinese financial institution providing full spectrum of financial service related to SFC regulated activities licence type 1,4,6 and 9. To cope with their business growth, they are now looking for a Corporate Communications Vice President to join them.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Corporate Communication functions such as but not limited to the formulation of communication strategies, driving the brand-building initiative, handling corporate communication with Head Office and internal/external stakeholders;
• Plan, design and execute influential corporate communication programmes to generate brand awareness and enhance brand propositions and positive media coverage;
• Cultivate strategic relationships with various parties (e.g. Headquarter, government officials, regulatory bodies, industry associations and other key stakeholders) in order to achieve the objective: to maintain important client relationships and expand our market exposure;
• Handle external communications including media relation, media enquiries and interviews, press materials and executive speeches; manage the broadcasting of corporate messages via media, corporate website, intranet and social media platforms, etc.;
• Support other business events/ projects relating to corporate communications, such as roadshows/ conferences/ seminar/ PR event;
• Prepare communication campaigns material (e.g. revamp corporate website, intranet, develop corporate brochure, marketing materials), media press, internal and external communication/ announcements, etc.;
• Liaise with and manage external agencies/ vendors;Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with Investment Banks/ Securities Houses
• Good command in both written and verbal English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Independent, self-motivated with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
