Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Craft creative copy writing across digital platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram and others online platforms etc.);
• Manage digital and social media accounts for selected markets
• Develop and implement digital media promotions and marketing activities including website, social media, newsletters, and brochures
• Outreach and manage PR & BD activities across online and offline platforms to raise organic brand and product awareness
• Connect, co-work, and coordinate all the marketing campaigns
• Track and analyze digital media and KOL partnership results and fine tune for further improvement
• Work closely with retail stores and sales to gatekeep marketing collateral alignment and consumer behavior observations
• Research and analyze competitors and conceive social strategies accordingly
• Proactive brand building through planning and implementing campaign calendar
• Consistent and frequent communication with headquarters to align and develop strategies best fitting for each respective market

Job Requirements

• 5+ years relevant work experiences in marketing industry, preferably in retail business
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
• Strong sense of trends in the industry
• Willing to learn, team player, responsible and attentive to details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere, with strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive and ambitious in expanding the brand
• Experience in working with KOL and influencers is a plus

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Marketing or related disciplines
