Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide personal secretarial and administration support to Managing Director
- Organizing calendars and name card contacts
- Provide support to group administration and management
- Assist with business projects, marketing events and ad hoc assignments
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and Word documents
- Carry out duties and works assigned by directors.
Requirements
- University degree holder
- At least 5 years of personal assistant experience in serving senior management in well-established organization
- Organized, responsive, attentive to details and multi-tasking
- Good team spirited, with can do attitude and ready to take on more challenges
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Highly pro-active and self-motivated and be able to take initiative for day to day problem solving
- Can work under pressure with tight deadline schedule
