Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement marketing campaign, including ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR, CRM and instore
- Liaise with agencies, internal and external parties to execute marketing and promotion programs
- Closely communicate with operation team to enhance business performance
- Implement the plan and strategy for product category development
- Conduct market research to analyze and understand consumer needs and market trend
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness to imply to future strategy
- Manage the marketing spending
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or related disciplines
- 3 years or above marketing experience in similar capacity, retail, F&B or FMCG industry, with exposure in managing marketing and branding programs
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and website applications
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, well-organized, be able to work under pressure and independent
