Background

Our client is a Malaysian based international property developer with major real estate investments in Xiamen China.  The Xiamen project is a mixed real estate development with shopping mall, office, hotel and residential, circa 360,000 square meters.  The company’s ultimate shareholder is listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the resident GM, the candidate is expected to develop marketing programs to promote the Xiamen residential properties in Hong Kong via effective channels of communication such as online and offline media.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing marketing promotions and sales-driven activities
• Working closely with the marketing management in Xiamen to oversee the marketing operation in Hong Kong
• Collaborate with managers for budget development and expenses monitoring
• Organize marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion. 
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns using social media and other online and offline campaigns including roadshows, events and print etc.
• Content development for use on marketing materials
• Liaise with internal and external parties including vendors to ensure effective implementation of the marketing campaigns and to enhance company image

Requirements

• 3 years’ of marketing experience in the real estate, property and related industries preferred.
• Experience in promoting overseas properties will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and shoulder responsibility to champion success.
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills is required.  Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
