Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow digital and activation communications clients (includes regional ASIAN markets like Singapore and Hong Kong)
- Guard profitability
- Lead AS team for nurturing accounts
- Own in-depth understanding of client business
- Ensure high quality work delivered with strategic direction input
- Share the same vision and future goal in running agency
- Demonstrate leadership in the ever-changing digital environment
Requirements:
- Over 6 years' experience with digital solutions project management in agency business, with a proven track record in client satisfaction and account growth
- Strong leadership and motivation as a leader and team player
- Commercially and financially sensitive
- Skillful in negotiation and problem solving
- Promoting positive, "can-do", and a cohesive culture
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese & English
