Job Responsibilities

• Assist the assistant manager to formulate CRM and digital marketing strategies to achieve business targets.;
• Plan and implement product promotion and brand campaigns; brainstorming and developing creative marketing ideas to build brand awareness and drive sales;
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously refine strategy to meet business goals
• Work closely with teammates and agencies to develop ATL communication, POP and manage all owned media platforms;
• Formulate brand digital marketing strategies including product seedings, KOL tactics and media line up etc.;
• Analyzing customer database for formulating, driving and delivering creative CRM marketing plans;
• Liaise with licensors/ business partners to explore potential collaboration, deal with licensors on all negotiation and approval to ensure smooth campaign launch;
• Monitor budget and post-campaign evaluation; and
• Assist in ad hoc marketing projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer or Officer.
• Familiar with advertising on Google, Facebook, WeChat and various social media channels
• Independent, attentive to detail with strong self-motivation
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferable
