Duties:

• To assist in organisation of film festivals in overseas cities, including liaisons with relevant parties, programme planning and monitoring, and providing logistics and publicity support for events
• To co-ordinate programmes on audience development, including liaison with project organisers and monitoring of budget/programme
• To liaise and co-ordinate people in the film industry to participate in programmes and events organized by the organization
• To perform administrative duties as required and other duties relating to promotion of the Hong Kong film industry
• To update registers and database for location shooting and to revamp website of the organization
• To arrange production of publications to facilitate location filming
• To assist in conducting briefing sessionbs on location shooting for the film industry and film schools 

Requirements:

• Degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably in Communications/Journalism/Marketing or related disciplines
• Attained Level 3 or equivalent or above in both Chinese and English Language in HKCEE or HKDSE
• Minimum 3 years work experience in project coordination/event organization, public relations/public affairs or corporate communication/marketing, preferably at managerial level with experience in film/entertainment industry
• Excellent command in English and Chinese and speak fluent Putonghua
• Immediately available is highly preferred
