Responsibilities:

• Assist on creating engaging content for varied media, including but not limited to intranet, newsletters, leadership messages, speeches and other major events;
• Write and proofread promotional text about our products and services;
• Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates;
• Work closely with different functional team to collect information hence prepare the contents of promotional material and promote our products internally and externally through online/offline channels;
• Coordinate with designers to complement text with images, graphics and charts, as needed;
• Plan, design and execute internal activities;
• Assist on preparing pitch deck to present to external clients;
• Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations;
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven 2-3 years experiences as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role;
• Strong copywriting, communication and interpersonal skill;
• Creative talent with an ability to describe product features in a creative and informative way;
• Willing to learn and the ability to solve through problems;
• Result oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Versatile industry knowledge is also welcomed;
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Exceptional English, both written and verbal; Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD will be an advantage;
• BAs in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Translation or relevant field.
