Major Responsibilities 

• Oversee overall Marketing strategy and direction of HK01 corporate branding, communications, crisis management, social responsibilities, Membership, loyalty, promotions, Digital Marketing & Events Development     
• Work closely with Executive Management in managing communications in align brand positioning
• Enhance awareness of the Corporation’s efforts in promoting through highly strategic & integrated communication, advertising and promotion plans and circulation
• Oversee corporate’s online presence and develop issue/crisis communication plan
• Manage media relations & develop public relations activities (press conference, media interview, press release, editorial etc.)
• Provide creative input and editing ideas for marketing materials, PR proposals, presentations, corporate websites, intranet as well as internal/external communications

 Job Requirements

•          
• Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Media, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of proven success in managing public relations and corporate communications
  
• With strong start-up / entrepreneurship mindset to make something happen
• Must be able to demonstrate proven success in the development and successful execution of marketing strategies and achieving desired outcomes
• Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong business acumen and proactively find solutions
• Strong organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail
• Exhibit qualities of a dynamic team member while providing clear leadership and direction to the staff
• Ability to effectively delegate and work on various projects simultaneously
• Must be team oriented and assist where needed
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Associate Director
