Job Responsibilities:

• Working location will be in Dongguan city, Guangdong, China.
• Candidate will participate in project management and development of fiber-optic transceiver and optical sensing products.
• Responsible for customer communication, coordinate new product introduction activities across all functional teams
• Take up project ownership to launch and to achieve project time line and company targets

Requirement:

• Bachelor or above in Electronics engineering, Applied Physics or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevant experience in product engineering / project management in high technology industry, preferable optical telecommunication.
• Work experience in project management and/or new product introduction in fast pace environment.
• Candidates have experience in optical communication/optical sensor products are more preferable.
• Demonstrate fluent communication / effective management over cross functional and oversea teams.
• Working knowledge in automation, statistical process control, electrical circuitry, optoelectronic components.
• Oversea working experience and working with multinational teams.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and tackle tasks with minimal supervision.
