Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct data analysis on merchandising reports such as sales performance and inventory regularly

• Consolidate stock request from various internal sales channels

• Assist in launching competitive products, services, promotion and conduct evaluation & review to meet different markets’ needs

• Monitor inventory and shipment status to ensure healthy stock level in a timely manner

• Monitor order placement and shipment status to ensure on-time delivery

• Minimize the shipment cost with forwarders / couriers / vendors for local & overseas

• Handle custom declarations and shipping documents

• Prepare and reconcile daily sales order with 3^rdparties warehouse & logistics

• Assist to Account Department, including stock take, stock transfer, analysis reports

Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or Mathematics is preferable

• Minimum 3 years merchandising experience & relevant merchandising experience in fashion accessories are advantage (Preferably in FMCG sector)

• Handling global shipments experience

• Experience in stock management with account concept is a must

• Good command in both written / spoken English and Chinese

• Strong sense of responsibility,able to meet tight deadlines

• Experience with Dynamic POS system will be an advantage

• Immediate or short notice availability is preferable
