Job Accountabilities

• Review Client Sourcing Briefs and projects with Client Director and work with Country Offices to ensure best execution
• Continuously build, maintain and strengthen client relationships through flawless execution across all Connor offices worldwide
• Assist with business development activities with the GBD team including potential client identification, presentations and client meetings
• Direct and manage client(s)’ sourcing activities within Connor across multiple office locations and functions
• Respond to and follow up inquiries, issues and problems raised by clients and all Connor offices worldwide
• Create forms and reports and consolidate, review and submit weekly/monthly update to the clients
• Arrange and coordinate trip itineraries and travel arrangements for clients with relevant offices
• Coordinate and organize client’s meetings and market trend/merchandising presentations in the Corporate Office
• Disseminate updated clients’ contact list, organizational chart, general announcements, procedures and other instructions from clients to all Connor offices worldwide
• Visit vendors, factories and trade fairs with the client whenever necessary
• Review Client & Office performance to find opportunities to maximize business
• Maintain an updated record of client's profile, procedures and manual, organizational structure and contact lists of clients for distribution to all Connor offices worldwide
• Perform additional duties as part of the GBD team to meet the Department and Company’s objectives.

 Job Requirements

• Tertiary education, preferably in home, quality assurance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant experience, preferably hands-on experience in Home & Furniture industry, particularly in sourcing & merchandising and product development
• Strong understanding of furniture product and experience building and costing product offer suitable to Client’s needs, knowledge in home décor and textile to be a plus
• A working knowledge in quality assurance and technical design
• Good command of English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients and associates
• Strong negotiation skills and experienced with problem resolution
• Proactive, sensible, deadline conscious, adaptive, responsible, well-organized and attention to details characteristics
• Occasional travel is required
