A multinational law firm offering comprehensive legal services of intellectual property, corporate finance and litigation practice.

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma, preferably in Legal Studies
• 2-3 years relevant experience in trademark and IP practice
• Background from international law firm is a great advantage
• Self-initiative, dynamics, detail-mined with good interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel, Chinese WP
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide support on IP practice including trademark registration and applications
• Responsible for updating & maintaining IP database and preparing summary reports
• Perform legal research related to trademark matters, copyright and domain names
• Maintain efficient IP filing system and prepare official documents for submission
