Job Description

We are looking for a talent to:
- Oversee a department to manage legal matters and requests upon leasing administration
- Manage credit control and any litigation cases incurred
- Provide professional legal support and advice to ensure all policies and procedures are in accordance to up-to-date regulatory compliance
- Draft and review a variety of commercial contracts, correspondences and agreements
- Involve in any legal related activities of the company
Basic requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Legal, Law Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience preferably gained from law firms or in-house legal department
- Qualified lawyer with exposure in property development sector is highly preferable
- Strong business acumen, with good analytical and communication skills
- Independent, detail-minded, self-motivated and be a good team player
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
