Job Requirements

• Qualified Member of HKICS or ICSA with degree holder
• 8-10 years company secretarial experience in sizable multinational company
• Previous experience in professional firm and supervisory level is required
• Experience in corporate finance projects for offshore and PRC companies
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP
• Good communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of company secretarial functions and business projects
• Prepare company secretarial documents for onshore, offshore and PRC companies
• Handle financing projects management and providing appropriate recommendation
• Provide advice on the transactions of company formation, transfer of shares, M&A etc
• Liaise with relevant parties on de-registration, incorporation and restructuring issues
• Update company registration information and maintain corporate record & statutory filings
