Job Description
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration Director, the position holder will lead a small team to support the company’s operations in Hong Kong and Southern China.
Job Description
- Formulate, forecast and execute manpower plan and budget into business plan and review periodically;
- Review and implement the HR policies, operational procedures and systems to meet organizational growth;
- Work closely with the Human Resources and Administration Director to identify capability needs for short-term and long-term success;
- Develop plans for addressing any capability gaps at all levels;
- Assist on organization development to cope with business goal;
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
- Interpret and advise on employment legislation;
- Listen to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
- Enhance effective communication, harmonic staff relations in the organization;
- Work on ac hoc projects.
Specification
- A relevant degree.
- About 10 years of relevant management experience.
- Familiar with Hong Kong and China employment laws.
- Organized, independent with pleasant personality.
- Good communication and team skills.
- Fluent in English, Chinese and good command in Mandarin.
- Occasional travel to Southern China is necessary.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
