Job Purpose

Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration Director, the position holder will lead a small team to support the company’s operations in Hong Kong and Southern China. 

Job Description

• Formulate, forecast and execute manpower plan and budget into business plan and review periodically;
• Review and implement the HR policies, operational procedures and systems to meet organizational growth;
• Work closely with the Human Resources and Administration Director to identify capability needs for short-term and long-term success; 
• Develop plans for addressing any capability gaps at all levels;
• Assist on organization development to cope with business goal;
• Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization; 
• Interpret and advise on employment legislation;
• Listen to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
• Enhance effective communication, harmonic staff relations in the organization;
• Work on ac hoc projects.

Specification 

• A relevant degree.
• About 10 years of relevant management experience.
• Familiar with Hong Kong and China employment laws.
• Organized, independent with pleasant personality. 
• Good communication and team skills.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and good command in Mandarin.
• Occasional travel to Southern China is necessary.
