Job Description:
This is a highly exposed yet very demanding position, providing a learning opportunity for a passionate young talent with high potential, to contribute to Richemont’s growth. Based in our APAC HQ of Hong Kong, the Chief of Staff will report to our REGIONAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE APAC and will represent him on a wide variety of strategic and operational initiatives across the markets, the region & the Group.
The Chief of Staff provides overall support for the operation of the REGIONAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE APAC, coordinates the execution of projects as well as handles questions, concerns, issues and requests. Helps to facilitate strategic management processes, provide expertise, and program management for specific strategic initiatives.
The Chief of Staff must be a innovative and result-driven thinker with digital savvy, an excellent problem solver and possess strong interpersonal skills to act as the central contact for key business communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily operations and help oversee projects of high importance
- Coordinating strategic initiatives and guide to completion
- Overseeing and managing highly prioritized projects
- Helping coordinate business wide and work with cross-functional, cross-maison teams to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency and success
- Suggesting problem resolution approaches and procedures
- Acting as the contact person between the company’s top management and employees/stakeholders
- Taking up other responsibilities as directed by the REGIONAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE APAC.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Full-time MBA degree required
- Minimum of three-to-five years' working experience; Industry professional with prior commercial experience. Consulting firm experienced is highly preferable.
- Demonstrated record of delivering significant value.
- Digital Savvy and ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
- Strong insights and understanding of APAC markets.
- High mental agility and ability to deal with complexity and changing environment
- High analytical skills, be able to see patterns, be a fast thinker and a good decision maker
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to travel, Internationally mobile
- Fluent in English, French, Mandarin a plus.
