Job Description
We are Hong Kong branch of China United Assets Appraisal Group （中聯資產評估集團）, the largest professional group providing valuation and consultancy services in the PRC.
Now we are looking for highly capable talents and experienced professionals to join our property valuation department who aims at excel in property valuation field as his/her profession. Competitive benefits package and a prosperous career path will be offered to the right candidate.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Handle listed co. transactions, IPO, financial reporting and other purposes property valuation assignments
- Pick the responbility in marketing, business development and client relationship management
- Supervise valuation assistants or colleagues from other China United Assets Appraisal Group branches when needed
- Review and sign off property valuation reports
Requirements:
- Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division)
- Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practice Division)
- With at least 3 years post qualification working experience in property valuation field
- Preference to candidates with listed co. transactions amd IPO property valuation experience
- Preference to retired consultants with listed co. transactions, IPO and financial reporting valuation track records
- Preference to business network sharing
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
