Job Description:

• Assist in project development legal affairs, including obtaining pre-sale consent, preparation of DMC
• Assist in sales and marketing affairs of development project, including compliance with Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance, preparation and review of sales brochure and other sales documentation & conveyancing
• Provide legal support on various contracts including tenancy, licences and property management contracts
• Manage, co-ordinate with and monitor the performance of external lawyers
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Holder of diploma in Laws/Legal Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 year’s relevant working experience, with an advantage in real estate developer industry
• Good analytical, strategic thinking and strong business sense
• Excellent negotiation and influence skills
• Excellent communication skills: proficient in both English and Chinese, written and verbal, including Putonghua
• Independent, self-motivated, responsible and with good time management
