Job Description : 

• Provide professional legal services and support to the Group, its subsidiaries and associates companies with operations in China and SEA countries;
• Review corporate and M&A transactions related documentations;
• Liaise and work with external and internal parties to provide legal advice on all aspects;
• Draft and review corporate/commercial documents, including but not limited to banking facilities, license, HR and leases related legal contracts/agreements;
• Conduct legal search and update relevant regulatory records;
• Handle ad hoc projects when assigned.

Job Requirements : 

• Bachelor of Laws degree or above;
• At least 5 years in-house working experience in contract reviewing and drafting;
• Strong and sophisticated drafting and negotiating experience;
• Ability to work independently but also thrive in a global, dynamic and team-oriented environment;
• Ability to work effectively with global legal teams, with an international mind-set;
• With strong business acumen, good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels, and be a good team player;
• Strong analytical skills, detailed-minded and ability to work independently;
• Willing to take up challenges and work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
