Key Duties

• Provide corporate secretarialduties to Group’s subsidiaries in Asia Pacific;
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support and assistance to the Legal Department;
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing a wide range of legal documents/ agreements; translating (English / Chinese) for legal documents;
• Assist to manage the Group’s trademark portfolio and intellectual propertyprotection, including trademark infringement enforcement and raid activities in HK and the PRC;
• Assist in conducting legal researches and findings; and
• Maintain an up-to-date filing system of legal and company secretary documents.

Essential Requirement

• University degree and/or professional qualification preferably in Law or related discipline with a minimum of 3-5 years related working experience;
• Knowledge in PRC law and business will be an advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Proficiency in PC knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Proactive, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the capability of working with management of different levels.
