This is a newly created role within the company. There will be potential to expand and evolve the role as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Intelligence team to conduct various researches (market, competitor, consumer). Extract insights from research to deliver useful recommendations to businesses as well as to identify & assess new growth opportunities.
• Develop and formulate business strategy and proposal.  Develop a strong business case to support new growth opportunities.
• Conduct white space analysis, as well as build financial models to evaluate new projects and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders in different business units to formulate corporate development strategy.
• Lead or support strategic business studies that are cross-Businesses, Functions and/or geographies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree holder and above in Accounting, Finance, Business, Investment or equivalent
• Experience in business development, management consulting, investment strategy or in-house strategy required. Experience in food industry and Greater Bay Area preferred.
• Track record in financial modelling and project management.
• Strong conceptual, highly structured and analytical capabilities to deal with ambiguities.
• Excellent written communication, oral presentation and interpersonal skills; Able to articulate conceptual ideas and strategic directives to senior management. 
• Other competencies: Strong story-telling, strategic and big picture thinking, business acumen & problem solving skills. Able to multitask, work independently and in teams, perform under tight timeline.
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
