Due to expansion, this leading energy company is currently hiring an enthusiastic and responsible paralegal to join their small team. This person will be responsible for:

• Providing legal support, such as drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Managing the filing system of legal documents
• Liaising and coordinating with external counsels
• Providing administrative support on other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• LLB holder with at least 1-2 years paralegal experience in sizable law firms and/or in-house department
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Detail-minded and with good organisational skills
• Prior M&A experience is preferred but not a must
