Role & Responsibilities:

• Working onsite and lead a team to conduct daily sales operation including presenting the property to clients
• Facilitate sales and promotion campaign
• Liaise with different business partners including estate agents
• Prepare sales related documents
• Conduct market researches and analysis

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in sales and marketing of residential properties
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Holder of Estate Agents License is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Willing to work on roster basis, weekends and public holidays
