The incumbent will be joining the team to support the execution of asset management strategies for the Group's expanding portfolio in Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews and analyses on property operation  performance, budgets, proposals and operation reports
• Build up and maintain databases to monitor performance with reference to market and business targets
• Compile regular and ad hoc reports and analyses for management review
• Perform research and feasibility studies as well as other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• 8 to 10 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in real estate related business
• Proactive, organized, detail-minded with good communication skills and able to deliver timely and quality work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills for report writing
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS applications including Chinese word processing, Excel and PowerPoint
