Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop strong property agency network and go-to-market strategy to drive sustainable business growth and enhance penetration
• Manage key accounts in an organized and professional manner, actively engage clients through strategic planning, proactive follow-up actions and delivering quality services
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers and key stakeholders, analyze client profiles to build better segmentation
• Monitor and evaluate team’s performance in agent penetration, App usage, and new agent development. Conduct data analysis on sales and business performance on a timely and quality manner
• Identify and assess market trends, customer needs and orientations, competitors, and potential strategic partners
• Assist in ad-hoc project and other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• University graduate in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of sales / commercial experience in property/real estate industry, mobile app or digital business
• In-depth knowledge of property market practices, industry/ regulatory requirements and processes
• Proactive, organized and result-driven, able to manage resources effectively
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A good team player, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
