This position will work under Infinitus Property Investment and report to Senior Legal Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to the businesses on a variety of legal matters and conduct due diligence as and when required
• Draft, translate, review and proofread legal and commercial contracts, agreements, tendering materials, corporate finance assignments, IP registrations and other documentations in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and manage database and filing system for all legal and IP documents
• Identify legal and regulatory risks, and significant incidents of non-compliance and ensure proper escalation and resolution of risks
• Responsible for the company secretarial services for the group of companies
• Handle Minutes taking at Board meetings of Subsidiaries and Committee meetings if required
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Legal, Law Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience preferably gained from in-house legal department
• Qualified lawyer with exposure in property development sector is highly preferable
• Flexible, attention to details, analytic and able to work as a team-player
• Good business sense and acumen; mature, proactive with strong interpersonal skills
• Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
