Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, vouchers and month-end closing
• Assist in group level consolidation and preparation of management reports, financial analysis, budget forecast and cash flow reports, etc.
• Assist in financial data analysis for head office and overseas subsidiaries, and prepare GAAP adjustments for consolidation purpose
• Work closely with overseas finance teams to ensure corporate and accounting standard
• Deal with banks and prepare bank reconciliations
• Monitor and highlight variances between budget and actual financial results
• Liaise with service providers on annual audit, tax filing and company secretary matters, etc.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects if required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines; Finalist/Member of professional accounting bodies or equivalent
• Minimum five years’ working experience in sizable corporate or CPA firm
• Experience in dealing with service providers and banks
• Good team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Reliable, well-organized and self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, hands-on experience in SAP is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
