Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of support and guidance to the senior management on office management, property and facilities management, leasing and marketing
  • Supervise projects, monitor routine operation

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • University graduates in Property Management, Business Administration or equivalents
  • Minimum of 5 years’ practical working experience at Managerial level
  • Experience in managing commercial building with F&B and entertainment complex is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
  • Mature, well-organized, detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility, hands-on and committed to deliver quality service
  • Able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and under pressure

Candidates not fully meeting the required qualification will be considered for the position of assistant manager.
