Property Officer, KYM (Ref.: TSE/PO/KYM0320(J))

Responsibilities:

• To assist Assistant Estate Manager on matters of general daily building management and to oversee the building
• To supervise improvement and renovation work for the designated property portfolio
• To assist in daily operation of the building
• Handle owner's meeting & follow up customer enquiries

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree / Diploma or above in Property Management or relate disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Estate Management
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Be accurate, detailed-mind, efficient, pleasant and customer oriented
• Immediately available is highly preferred
