Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property / Technical Managers in operating the buildings in an effective and professional manner
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the building groups
- Handle and record incoming calls and inquiries
Requirements:
- Diploma graduate or above
- Possess 4 - 5 years' secretarial or administrative experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Chinese typing skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Administrator
