A prestigious listed property developer in Hong Kong with a brand which is reputable for its excellence in development of mega-scaled Premium Commercial Portfolio. Due to the upcoming completion of the premium portfolio & business expansion, our client is looking for Senior / Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Manager to join their retail leasing management team based in Hong Kong.

Responsibility 

• Overall all leasing functions, including reviewing lease agreements, leasing strategy, negotiating rental price etc. 
• Assist in leasing activities, managing tenants and leasing negotiation.
• Plan and implement end-to-end leasing strategy and yearly business plan of leasing matter to cope with the vision and target of the Company.
• Conduct market research and analysis for Group properties.
• Build good relationship with existing and potential clients.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience preferably gained from property developers or property consultancy companies
• Past experiences in retail / office leasing will be advantageous 
• Self-motivated, innovative and with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as leasing officer
