Job Description
What You Will be Doing
- Responsible for general admin and clerical duties as assigned by the superior
- Assist in handling ad hoc projects when necessary
- Data entry, prepare sales reports
- Issue the purchase orders and handle the invoice
- General filing
Who is our Right Fit
- Form 7 or above in Facility Management or Office Administration is preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience of a full spectrum of administration / facilities management is preferable
- Good command in both spoken & written English & Chinese
- Detail minded, faster learner, hardworking, responsible, self-organized and willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh Graduates are also considered
