Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide general administration work and clerical support to the HR Department
  • To conduct checking on contract and other documentation
  • Assist in recruitment activities and employee compensation claims handling
  • Assist in preparing various HR reports and responsible for leave form verification
  • Perform other ad hoc HR assignments as required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above with HR management certificate / Diploma is preferred
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Able to work under pressure to meet designated schedule
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance is an asset
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, organized, independent and attentive to details
  • Immediate available is preferred
