Job Summary:

This position will provide assistance to the Technical Manager to maintain and repair various types of furniture and painting in the club in a bid to ensure that the operational impact to the club can be minimal.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs, regular maintenance of Club facilities, mechanical plants and equipment as required
• To be responsible for the maintenance of E&M, engineering facilities, the interior and exterior etc. of the entire club
• Support the Club events and activities
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls
• Assist the Technical Supervisor to ensure the club facilities and equipment are operating in good condition
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure the smooth completion of project works and monitor out-sourced maintenance work in accordance with standards
• Assist Technical Supervisor to keep a good track record and repair record of servicing and PPM record
• Follow technical supervisor instruction for the routine maintenance schedules
• Perform standby duty after normal office hours, during adverse weather condition and typhoon period
• Inspect and keep monitoring all system in club are normal operation.
• Carry out emergency repairs works when required and other ad hoc duties
• Assist Technician(Carpentry) team when they need

• 協助技術督導保持良好的追踪記錄和維修記錄以及PPM記錄
• 按照技術督導的指示進行日常維護計劃
• 在正常辦公時間以外，惡劣天氣和颱風期間待機
• 檢查並持續監視會所中的所有系統是否正常運行
• 在需要時進行緊急維修工作，並執行其他臨時任務
• 在需要時協助木工團隊

Job Specification:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance service
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A0 or above are advantage
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training are advantage
• Holder of other Skill Cards will be a plus advantage
• Knowledge of industrial safety and BMS system are advantage
• 至少2年相關維護經驗
• 持有電工A0牌或以上優先考慮
• 持有平安咭(綠咭)者優先考慮
• 持有其他註冊熟練技工者優先考慮
• 熟悉工業安全及BMS系統者優先考慮
