Responsibilities:

• Oversees the company’s business matters, including but not limited to potential project evaluation and acquisition, property sales / leasing, marketing and other business development’s matter;
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on real estate market trends and prepare periodic reports to management;
• Take lead in sales / leasing of luxurious house projects in Hong Kong;
• Source and identify suitable real estate investment opportunities, able to work independently on researches and feasibility studies for potential projects;
• Plan, implement and monitor the process of acquisition and sales;
• Manage and coordinate with local and overseas business partners such as property agencies, solicitors, consultants and advertising agencies etc.;
• Support ad hoc projects if required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Surveying / Real Estate / Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 8 years or more of hands-on experience in Property aspects - Property Surveyor is highly preferable;
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure and independently in delivering quality works and meeting deadlines;
• Experience in land / property acquisition is an advantage;
• Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently;
• A good team player with excellent communication skill;
• With a valid EAA S or E License is an advantage;
• Proficient computer skills - confident in using MS Outlook, MS Office and Google services.
