Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide lease administration support to Asset Management Team and coordinate lease administration activities according to company policies and procedures
- Closely communicate and cooperate with Asset Management Team and other company departments to ensure smooth delivery of lease-admin related work
- Prepare for weekly and monthly reports updates and circulation in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration/Accounting/Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience in property industry
- Experience in leasing portfolio of Commercial / Retail will be an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and business English
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word processing
- Sound knowledge in AutoCAD system
