Job Responsibilities:

• Develop candidate pool and pipeline in accordance with business line needs
• Expand recruiting network via HR networking events, daily cold calls/emails and LinkedIn
• Screen candidate applications and conduct initial interview to assess qualifications and capabilities
• Organize HR events in Korea and Hong Kong; Recruiting Day, Seoul Career Vision, Campus Chat, Mentoring Day, etc.
• Represent and promote KOTRA Hong Kong K-Move Center at industry events
• Follow up and provide consulting to the candidates in order to solve their problems and identify solutions
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Proficiency in English and Korean, fluency in a Mandarin/ Cantonese is beneficial
• Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills
• People-oriented and with good communications & interpersonal attributes
• Familiar with the employment laws of Hong Kong
• Performance driven and willing to go the extra mile for the recruiting clients
• Excellent eye for detail and good organisational skills
• Possess strong Microsoft packages as well as Hancom
• Ability to prioritize workload to complete assigned deliverables within the allocated timeline
• Those with prior HR exposures in relevant disciplines will be an added value
• Immediate available is highly preferred
